U.S. SALES ONLY
Natural Ovens Home Sales sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be outside the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico can only be shipped 2nd day air-no exceptions.
SHIPPING
We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned for incorrect/insufficient address.
POST OFFICE BOX
UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please use the street address.
TELEPHONE NUMBER
UPS requires the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.
ORDERS
All orders are shipped every Monday. Orders placed by Thursday are shipped on the following Monday.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges for the 2nd day air & 3 day select service are an estimated charge. Your credit card will reflect the actual charge.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders. To place an order using check or money order, please print out your order and mail with payment to: Natural Ovens Home Sales, P.O. Box 0730, Manitowoc, WI 54221-0730.
COUPONS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES
Any orders using a coupon or gift certificate must be mailed in. To place an order using a coupon or gift certificate, please print out your order and mail with payment and coupon and/or gift certificate to: Natural Ovens Home Sales, P.O. Box 0730, Manitowoc, WI 54221-0730. We cannot accept expired coupons.
GUARANTEE OF SHIPMENT
UPS guarantees shipment of packages and we adhere to their guidelines as to what is covered.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, you must call (1.800.772.0730) or email (HomeSales@NaturalOvens.com) by the Sunday before the Monday shipping day.
