Bagel Chips

A nutritious quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Natural Ovens Bagels (100% Whole Wheat or Brainy)
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • dash garlic powder
Directions:
  1. Position oven racks to accomodate 2 baking sheets at a time in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Use a sharp serrated knife to slice bagel vertically from top to bottom into very thin slices.
  3. Arrange bagel slices in a single layer on 2 ungreased non-stick baking sheets.
  4. Lightly spray bagel slices with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle spices on bagels.
  6. Bake until crisp, about 12 minutes.
  7. Store in airtight container for up to one week.
