
Blueberries and peaches combine to form a superteam of deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup frozen peaches (unsweetened)
- 2-3 tablespoons plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or Agave
- 2 tablespoons Flax Complete or other ground flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy or rice milk
