Ingredients:
- 3 cups Great Granola
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Flax Complete or other ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup dried raisins or cranberries
- 1 cup Smart Balance Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Generously grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granola, oatmeal, Flax Complete, whole wheat pastry flour, and dried raisins or cranberries. Set aside.
- In a medium microwaveable bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey. Microwave for 45 seconds just to soften ingredients and allow them to blend well.
- Mix peanut butter mixture into granola mix. Spread evenly into baking dish. Press firmly. Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are light brown and center is firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- While still warm, cut into bars.
