Kids love bagel pizzas! These are healthy, quick, and very tasty - perfect for busy parents.
Ingredients:
  • 100% Whole Wheat or Brainy bagels
  • Ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella or soy cheese
  • Fresh basil, torn or sliced
Directions:
  1. Slice the bagels, then toast for about 1 minute.
  2. Put bagels on oven safe cookie sheet. Place tomato slices, cheese, and basil on bagels to taste.
  3. Place under broiler until cheese is melted an bubbly, about 2 minutes. Do not walk away from the oven - watch for burning!
