Kids love bagel pizzas! These are healthy, quick, and very tasty - perfect for busy parents.
- 100% Whole Wheat or Brainy bagels
- Ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella or soy cheese
- Fresh basil, torn or sliced
- Slice the bagels, then toast for about 1 minute.
- Put bagels on oven safe cookie sheet. Place tomato slices, cheese, and basil on bagels to taste.
- Place under broiler until cheese is melted an bubbly, about 2 minutes. Do not walk away from the oven - watch for burning!
