
You won't believe the minimal prep work when you taste this crisp, delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (21 oz.) low sugar cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cup Great Granola
- 2 tablespoons Flax Complete or other ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup*
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil or expeller pressed canola oil
Directions:
- Spread pie filling into bottom of 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In medium bowl, combine oats, Great Granola, Flax Complete, sugar, and oil. Mix well and crumble on top of cherries.
- Bake 25-30 minutes and serve warm.
- *May replace 2 Tbsp Flax Complete and 2 Tbsp maple syrup with 1/4 cup brown sugar.
