
No baking required - just mix, press, and refrigerate!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 3 cups toasted oat cereal
- 2 1/2 cups Great Granola
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Combine cereals, granola, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine brown rice syrup and peanut butter in medium bowl. Blend well.
- Pour syrup and peanut butter over cereal, granola, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Put into refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
