
The classic Turkey Reuben, made with your health in mind.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Right Wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons fat free thousand island dressing
- 3 ounces broccoli slaw
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 slice fat free swiss cheese
- Butter-flavored spray
Directions:
- Spread thousand island dressing evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the slaw, turkey breast, and cheese.
- Cover with last slice of bread.
- Spray outside of sandwich with butter spray.
- Grill on medium-high heat until bread is toasted and ingredients are heated through.
