Healthy Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Natural Oven's Organic Whole Grain and Flax bread (or any other Natural Ovens bread)
  • 4-6 Slices of tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3 Slices of turkey bacon
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Toast both slices of bread.
  2. Place strips of turkey bacon onto a skillet and cook on medium heat to desired crispness.
  3. Pour egg whites into a small non-stick pan and scramble until they are cooked.
  4. Smash avocado in a bowl until smooth with salt and pepper added to taste.
  5. Spread avocado schmear onto one side of one slice of bread.
  6. Stack tomato slices, scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon, and top with second slice of bread.
