Artichoke & Swiss Panini

1 Sandwich


  • 2 slices Hunger Filler Bread (or any other Natural Ovens wheat bread)
  • 2 slices low fat Swiss cheese
  • 2-3 artichokes packed in water, well drained and sliced
  • 1/2 roasted red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach



  1. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of bread.
  2. On one slice, place spinach, roasted red pepper and artichokes.
  3. Top with second piece of bread.
  4. Place on hot sandwich press.
  5. Cook until golden and cheese is fully melted.
