Keto-Friendly French Toast

Both decadent and light, French Toast is an irreplaceable breakfast staple. And now thanks to Natural Ovens' Keto-Friendly Bread it's back on the table! 

We created a berry yogurt topping for this recipe that's delicious, but if you want a more traditional French Toast experience there are some maple syrup replacements that can be used.

French Toast Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Natural Ovens Keto-Friendly Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Berry Yogurt Topping
  • 3oz. (half pint) fresh raspberries
  • 2 tsp sugar replacer 
  • 1 - 7 oz. Whole fat yogurt (using non-greek yogurt will give you a sweeter less tangy result)


  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture first. Place raspberries and sugar replacer in bowl and smash together.
  2. Mix in yogurt and store in fridge until needed.
  3. To prepare French Toast beat together the two eggs and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
  4. Preheat pan with butter over medium heat.
  5. Quickly coat both sides of bread in the egg mixture. 
  6. Add to pan and cook, flipping to ensure a deep golden color on both sides. 
  7. Once achieving desired doneness top with berry yogurt mixture and enjoy.
