Hours Of Operation
For assistance with your order, including product and pricing information, our Direct Delivery Department representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time (excluding holidays). Call 1-800-772-0730.
Shipping Schedule
We ship once per week, on Monday only. Thursday is the ordering deadline – 4:00pm central time if ordering by phone, fax, or mail, and 12 midnight central time if ordering online. Ship dates subject to change for holidays.
Shipping Address
We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. Our shipper will not deliver to a post office box – please use the street address. We require the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.
We cannot credit your account or issue a refund if the package is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address. Also, we do not take responsibility for orders left at UPS facilities after delivery is unsuccessfully attempted for any reason.
United States Sales Only
Natural Ovens Direct Delivery sells and ships products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped second day air, with no exceptions.
Shipping Costs
Packages are shipped from Cudahy, Wisconsin. Shipping charges are calculated by the destination zip code and the weight of the package.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must phone us at 800-772-0730 before 4pm on the Thursday prior to the ship date.
