Employment Natural Ovens Bakery

We are currently accepting applications for the following open positions.
  • Bread Production - 3rd Shift
  • Bun Production - 3rd Shift
 
Production employees are responsible for several bakery manufacturing activities. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Loading oven by placing unbaked goods from the rack into the oven for baking.
  • Loading and removing pans from conveyor 
  • Documenting information on product logs
  • Loading full pans onto racks and moving racks to proof box
  • Housekeeping of work area
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a post offer physical, drug screen and lifting assessment
  • Must have excellent work attendance
  • Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a high heat environment
  • Must be capable of following safe work practices
  • Must be capable of following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Procedures
Wage Rate: $12.00 per hour
Shift Premium .50 cent per hour if working between hours of 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 2:30 am on a regular basis.
Sunday Bonus $35.00
